No. rahaph strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you've forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset function on the rahaph login page or contact our support team for assistance.

Go to the rahaph Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address or Philippine mobile number, and we'll send you a password reset link or OTP. The minimum deposit on rahaph is ₱100 PHP. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though individual payment providers (such as GCash) may have their own daily transaction limits. If you've set a personal deposit limit on your rahaph account through our Responsible Gaming tools, that limit will apply regardless of the payment method used.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your rahaph account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the bank's processing time. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate promptly.

rahaph does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees or service charges. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before making a deposit. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside rahaph's control and are not refundable by rahaph.
Withdrawals

Log in to your rahaph account and go to Cashier > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Your KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with our anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawal processing times on rahaph are as follows:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1–24 hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days after approval
All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team before processing. During peak periods or public holidays in the Philippines, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive an SMS and email notification once your withdrawal has been approved and sent.

The minimum withdrawal amount on rahaph is ₱200 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Common reasons for a withdrawal being declined or delayed on rahaph include:
