rahaph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and rahaph ("rahaph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the rahaph online gaming platform available at rahaph.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rahaph Platform.

Your continued use of the rahaph Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. rahaph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, but it remains your responsibility to stay informed of the current Terms.

To register and use the rahaph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style real-money gaming in the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

By registering an account on rahaph, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed above. rahaph reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during your use of the Platform, including before processing any withdrawal request.

To access real-money gaming features on the rahaph Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on rahaph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your rahaph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rahaph account credentials, including your username and password.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify rahaph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• rahaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access or use your account.

All financial transactions on the rahaph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). rahaph supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the rahaph Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Verification Requirement: rahaph reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Transaction Fees: rahaph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rahaph bears no responsibility.

rahaph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, rahaph may request additional documentation before releasing any funds.

rahaph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all rahaph bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. rahaph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified.

• rahaph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the rahaph Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within each game or betting market. By participating in any game on rahaph, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

rahaph is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following principles govern game integrity on the Platform:

• Random Number Generators (RNGs): All non-live casino games on rahaph use certified RNG technology from verified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios with trained dealers. All live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on rahaph are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant sporting event and rahaph's sports betting rules. In the event of a dispute, rahaph's decision shall be final.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, rahaph reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rahaph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the rahaph Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rahaph staff, other players, or any third party through the Platform.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your rahaph account through your payment provider.

rahaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously.

All content on the rahaph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform (collectively, "rahaph Content"), is the exclusive property of rahaph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rahaph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any rahaph Content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any rahaph Content.
• Use any rahaph Content for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from rahaph Content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of rahaph Content terminates the license granted herein and may constitute an infringement of rahaph's intellectual property rights, for which rahaph reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rahaph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the rahaph Platform, even if rahaph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, rahaph's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rahaph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rahaph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

rahaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the rahaph Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

rahaph is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal information and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

rahaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity (as defined in rahaph's dormant account policy).

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, rahaph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to rahaph.

rahaph reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, rahaph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the rahaph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting rahaph's customer support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and rahaph arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.
